Directions
- Card Base – This is a landscape card. Using the paper trimmer, take the front section of the card and place the top right corner point and the bottom left corner point in the scoring track of the trimmer and score. This creates a triangle. With card back in landscape, take the bottom right corner front and pushing/standing it up and then lay it down to press with a bone folder.
- Take the front panel and apply a fine line of Tombow glue close to the edge, then take the back side of the Poppy Parade Picture Frame (that is about 1/16 larger) and attach them together.
- Align the bottom left corner and top right corner with the fold line and this will center the front fairly close, do a dry fit first. This is a standup card and with this in mind you only apply adhesive to the portion of the front panel that will be attached to right side of the triangle. Use adhesive of your choice and attach the front panel.
- Emboss (C) above with Timeworn Type embossing folder.
- Adhere DSP (C) to the Night of Navy Frame center section.
- Using the star die cut 2 sets of stars. Take DSP (D) above and adhere the stars, then attach the DSP in the lefthand corner of DSP (C) creating a flag. Place dimensionals on the back and then place in the center of the front panel.
- Inside layers – Using the largest Deckled Rectangle die – Poppy Parade and the second largest – Very Vanilla adhere them together and then adhere to the inside of the card.
- Stamp a sentiment on the inside if you like. I used Happy Birthday
- Finish the card front by adding resin stars to keep the card front standing up when on display.
So many occasions to use this Patriotic card! Enjoy
Happy Stamping!
