Today’s card, Cactus Cuties is for the cactus enthusiast that you know. This card is a birthday card but would work for most any occasion.
Card Recipe
Card Base * – Basic White Cardstock 8 ½ x 5 ½ scored 4 ¼
Front Base Layer – Misty Moonlight Cardstock 4 5/8 x 3 3/8
Front Top Layer – Basic White Cardstock 4 ½ x 3 ¼
Small piece Basic White 4 x 5 ¼ for stamping
Scrap piece Flirty Flamingo Cardstock
Inside base layer – Misty Moonlight 4 x 5 ¼
Inside top layer – Basic White 3 ¾ x 5
Inks – Misty Moonlight, Cinnamon Cider and Granny Apple Green
Twine – Misty Moonlight, Small White Pearls

Directions
- Start with the top front layer and stamp the sentiment about 1 inch from the top so you have plenty of space for the cactus.
- Take the base card*, placing only the card front into you embossing folder and emboss it. Next emboss the front top layer.
- Stamp the tall cactus in Granny Apple Green and the planter in Cinnamon Cider. You will need to fussy cut these items.
- Take the Misty Moonlight front layer and basic white top layer, adhere them together with multipurpose glue.
- Place stampin’ dimensionals on the back of the card front and place in the center of the card base.
- Take the planter and adhere a small piece of twine below the top section, next make a small bow and attach to the twine already on the card with a mini glue dot.
- Adhere the base of the Cactus just inside the planter. Use dimensionals place cactus and planter on the card front.
- Using the Cactus builder punch and punch out 2 flowers. Place flowers on the cactus and add a small pearl to the flowers.
- Stamp a sentiment on the inside along with a small cactus and a planter.
- Place the Basic White layer onto the Misty Moonlight with multi glue and then adhere to the inside.
